Welcome to the website kytt.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), which is managed by. Kytt.eu OÜ, registration code 12926688, registered address Padriku tee 5/2-2, 11912 Tallinn, Estonia ("we", "us", "our", "the Company"). These General terms and conditions (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the website and for purchasing products or services through it.
By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Definitions
- To become a consumer a natural person who is acting outside his/her trade, business or profession (Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 2(1)).
- Working day is a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in Estonia.
- Order form is a request for the purchase of products made by you via the website.
2. User rights and registration
To apply, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts. If the website requires registration, you undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for the security of your account and password.
3. Products, prices and availability
Product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. Photographs are illustrative and may not accurately reflect the actual product.
Kytt.eu OÜ is a VAT payer. All prices include VAT in accordance with the law. Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.
We do our best to keep stock information accurate, but availability cannot always be guaranteed. If the product you ordered is not available, we will inform you within 14 days and refund the amount paid.
4. Order and contract
Once the order has been placed, an automatic order confirmation will be sent, which does not imply the conclusion of a contract. The contract is only considered to have been concluded once the product has been dispatched and you have received confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched, for example in the case of missing goods, payment problems or suspected fraud.
5. Payment to
We accept payments Visa, Mastercard and bank account/transfer on the road. Products are our property until full payment is received.
6. Tarne
The goods are delivered DPD, Omniva (Estonian Post) or Unisend via. Goods in stock are usually dispatched within 48 hours after payment is confirmed.
Delivery times are estimated and can be up to 30 days. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (see point 14).
For customers outside the EU, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs and import duties.
7. Right of withdrawal (for consumers)
If you are EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the products.

Returned goods must be sent within 14 days of the date of the withdrawal request. Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
The refund (including the standard delivery charge) will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or return receipt. The money will be returned to the same payment method.
We have the right to reduce the refund if the product has been damaged or used more than is necessary to verify its nature and functioning.
8. Refunds outside the right of withdrawal
We can also accept refunds after the statutory 14-day deadline in certain cases. Additional conditions or repackaging charges may apply - please contact us by e-mail.
9. Warranties and claims
All products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, which is never shorter than 12 months. The legal rights of the consumer remain valid.
To lodge a complaint, send an e-mail to. info@kytt.eu, stating the name of the product (and serial number if available), the description of the fault, the date of the order, the invoice number and your contact details.
Warranty service may include repair, replacement or refund. We cover the shipping costs for valid claims.
10. Damaged or lost shipments
Check the parcel on receipt. If the goods are damaged or missing, inform the courier immediately and send us photos and exact information within 48 hours.
11. Intellectual property
All content (text, graphics, logos, photos, software) on the website is the property of Kytt.eu OÜ or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
12. Website use and security
Use of the website is voluntary and at your own risk. We implement industry-standard security measures, but cannot guarantee complete freedom from error or malware.
Obliged not to misuse the website, including distributing malware, system interference or illegal phishing.
We reserve the right to block access in the event of a breach of the Terms.
13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit our liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.
Otherwise, we will not be liable for: (a) consequential losses; (b) loss of data, profits or business; (c) delays beyond our reasonable control.
14. Unquantifiable force
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, strikes, epidemics, transport disruptions, etc.).

16. Links to third party sites
The website may contain links to other pages. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
17. Modification of terms and conditions
We have the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be published on the website with a new 'effective from' date. Your use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
18. Applicable law and dispute resolution
The conditions apply to Law of the Republic of Estonia.
Disputes are settled Harju County Court, unless the consumer has a right to apply to the courts for the place where he or she lives.
